1) Operator manually place cell string trays on 180-degree tray and 0-degree tray (be sure about the direction).
2) Lay-up Unit
- Pick up a cell string from either 180-degree tray or 0-degree tray, and then place on the alignment tray for positioning.

b) Edge tracking sensor
- Pick up a cell string from the alignment tray to lay up a matrix on the glass.
- 2 axes (X, Y) servo-drive position system
3) 2-way glass transport conveyor with glass positioning device.
4) Mitsubishi PLC controls with touch screen operator interface. |
