 DESCRIPTION |
GC-02 is capable of slitting optical film. All rollers are under extremely grinding treatment to ensure scratch free.
- Maximum material roll diameter: 600mm.
- Slitting width: 150–1300 mm.
- Maximum operation speed: 60 meters per minute.
- Motorized unwind stand with magnetic powder clutch tension control and an 3” air shaft.
- Edge tracking device to ensure precise rewinding.
- Precise slitting knife includes dust collecting device to ensure clean slitting edge.
- Dynamic balance rollers with mirror finish surface to ensure scratch free for material.
- Static eliminator.
- Frictional air shaft is capable of controlling the tension for each rewind roll after slitting.
- Scrap rewind stands with 3” air shafts.
